Should I get this graphics card or is there any better?

Hi,guys.
I am planing to build a custom budget gaming PC.
Shortly,I am wondering what graphics card to get.I thought of a EVGA GeForce GTX 650 2 GB GDDR5:http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-...ref=sr_1_5?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1396094201&sr=1-5
Is that good and does it fits to rest or there is any better GPU.

This is a rest of a PC:
AMD Athlon X4 760K-CPU
MSI FM2 A75MA E35-Motherboard
500 GB WD Caviar Blue-HDD
NZXT Source 210-Case
Corsair Vengeance 8GB or 4GB(not sure)-RAM
Corsair CX430w-PSU
