New guy with a big problem.....I have a dell P3 and it keeps shuting down or frezzing up.
I get only one message (Regulatory Failure) it will start to reboot and when I get to my desk top and click on a program it shuts down again. Sometimes it works fine and I'll go away and when I come back my screen saver is on I touch my mouse and it will shut down.
The odd time it will just freeze and won't let me do anything and I'll have to unplug it to shut down??? Any ideas?? I've run a virus scan/ad-ware/spybot ---spybot found something's, but it didn't help with my problem. Do I have to wipe my whole system and reinstall everthing again!!!!
