Sims 2 best of business

It wont let me install the sims 2 best of business it says the packs are already installed and ive tried everything to fix it ive tried fixing register errors and everything else I dont know what else to do then a system restore

If your uninstall shortcut from START MENU does not work and even in THE SIMS 2 folder the uninstall won't work. All you have to do is go to C:\Documents and Settings\(YOUR WINDOWS XP NAME)\Local Settings\Temp and go double click on EAUNINSTALL.EXE and it should uninstall any sims 2 expansion if you have and then double click again to uninstall the sims 2.

I have windows 10 pro does that have anyhing to with it

It may....however, the game is many years before Windows 10, so I would expect you will find the files as stated though the folders may be different. Perhaps 'search' will find them.

Strongly recommend making a full backup - so you do not risk losing emails, document, photos, etc
