sims double deluxe help

    hi
    I need help with the sims double deluxe. The instillation went well and so did the start up, but when its time for the game to come on the main menu, it goes back to my start up page. I have checked out everything.
    Is there anyone who could help me?
    Pleeeeeeeeeeeaze?:confused:
