I have the sims mega deluxe version. I got a new desktop and now it won't play at all. What can I do? It will install ok, but when it comes to playing I click on play and it just goes right back to my desktop.

what are the specs on that desktop, if they do not meat the requirments of the sims it may not work

i read the speacs in your info all seame good, i jut would like to know your viedo card, i would sugest uninstalling and reinstalling the game see if that helps

did you install the EPs in the correct order?

also, you may need to install the deluxe edition updates from the cd.

what is the mega deluxe, anyway? does it include the sims and then all the expansion packs or what?
