    hi there i have been looking at benchmarks lately on firingsquad.com. but in all there benchmarks test they use AMD FX processors and that is definately what im going to be getting. so i was wondering if any of u know of any good and reliable internets that do alot(so theres a mixture of test systems) of benchmarking.

    ps. the type of processor does affect ur fps and 3d marks right? a AMD 3000+ compared to a FX processor would be a huge difference right?

    A lot of sites use the fastest available processor when testing video cards so that the processor is not the bottleneck. If you look at some of the CPU benchmarks you may get the information you want.
