Slow computer

My computer is running very slow. I've used Spybot and Scan Spyware that has not found anything serious. In the Task Manager processes the "System Name" called System is hogging the CPU usage at 75%+. I've attached a Hijack this log. Would someone let me know if they see any issues.

What version of Acronis are you using ? ?
Did you recently have a failed backup running Acronis ?

You could run a disk clean up and remove the junk, then run the disk defragmenter, will help speed up things especially if your drive has been cluttered or system warrants a clean up.
