Slow pc/ie performance & stubborn malware

    Hello-

    My internet explorer and computer have been running really slow and acting up lately. I have run adaware and removed whatever it found, but some stubborn entries keep showing up. I ran coolwebsearch shredder and that didnt find anything. I have attached my hjt log, maybe the problem can be found there. Thank you.
