Slow system

I'm not having any issues with BSOD or Boot issues just an insanely slow system and I cant seem to pinpoint the issue. I think most of it started after I followed Kasperskys advice, but at this point I'm not sure. If I'm posting this in the wrong location please forgive me an point me in the right direction.

Uninstall your last software installed,,, or go to system restore,,ealier date in which the system working properly...
