Slow transfer on mIRC UPP 2.00 FINAL

    It seems that the UPP has set the default download speed as around 20kbps... I seem cant find the setting to increase... My internet connection is sympatico DSL Broadband (the one with lan and wireless combo.)

    I just posted the ******-Monkey for assistance, but they cannot help me with it, they told me to wait until next release (Except to that, there is no more release in UPP because previous developer has quit.)
