Hi!
I just got myself a new graphics card after my old one failed. The new one I got was an "ATI Radeon HD 4350 512MB" after changing from an "nVidia GeForce 7800GTX 256MB". Now, after installing new drivers, catalyst control center etc. I thought I could test the card via the "Test Custom Clocks..." in the ATI Overdrive, without overclocking. So I did.
Afterwards, It started smelling a bit burnt, and I felt the PSU and it was hot as heck and it was smelling from the top of the computer where the CD/DVD drive and the PSU are so I figured it was the PSU. On the PSU it says "DC Output: 375w" so I figured it would be enough for this card.
Is there anything wrong? The PC itself is a Dell Dimension 9100 from 2005 with all orginal parts except the GFX card. Any help is appreciated!
