I've found updated motherboard drivers for my model, (and my current ones might be causing my game to crash) here on techspot, I downloaded it and now im not sure how to install?

That just comes up with a black window for a 1 or 2 seconds, then it disappears.

Why don't you roll back to the previous version if that was working okay? It's not always necessary to have the latest drivers, since it can cause more problems than it's worth. As for the link, that's the BIOS update and doesn't update the motherboard's chipset drivers at all, which is what I assume you wanted to upgrade. Anyways, here is a link to both of them. The site also tells you exactly how to go about it as well, so make sure you read the instructions and follow them religiously. :)
