I recently got a webcam and can see numerous uses for it. I use it to see myself when practicing guitar, talking to friends/family online. I am thinking of getting my kids one as well. I would like to keep a running "collage" while talking with them. A combination of still pics and a movie.......don't know if it would be mpeg, avi, wmv.....whatever. I can't seem to figure out if VP eye3.0 can do this. Does anyone know of any software that will allow me to record the other people's images thru my MSN or whatever?? I think it would be cool to put a family/friends CD of pics and video together and send it to them. TIA

Try looking for an utility called CamStudio. It's free & allows you to record all or a portion of what is happening on the desktop.

Actually, I quickly googled it & found a download link -> CamStudio download
