This thread is for if you have that little OS limitation or a small problem that takes you hours to find a soulution. Soulutions should be relativly simple, like a registery hack or a program. The title of your post should be the problem and the contents should be soulution. With that said,
Windows Vista unable to change Midi synth/output:

Windows Xp unable to connect to internet due to spyware like that @!#$ing WhenUsave thing. You'll see, when you uninstall it.
Note that this tool should only be used if all else fails and programs that depend on Winsock (including, but not limited to) internet accelerators may have to be reinstalled or may never work(Although unlikely)

Note: By following the above instructions which I verify as far as I know that the above programs do not have any virus, spyware, malware, and etc. You agree not to sue. In the event that you will sue, this actually isn't a legal agreement as far as I know, but a preventative to the case in which I will be sued, and a good arguement as it claims that I indeed HAVE verified, as far as I know, that the above programs do not have any virus, spyware, malware, and/or etc.
Sorry, these non-legal(not illegal) agreements, as far as I know take a long message.
