Something's messed up, HJT log

  1. So I got some baaad spyware a few day's ago and now I'm trying to clean it up of course. Problem is, scanning with Aluria Litescanner gives that I have Coolwebsearch, Ezula, ISearch, Mediatickets and Searchsquire on my system. I followed all the threads for removing this stuff. Scanned with Cwshredder, cwskiller, aboutbuster (all returned nothing), Ewido (found some), Adaware (some more), Spybot (some CWS), also trend-micro's free scanner (nothing). Finally scanned with HJT and followed instructions and fixed things. I start Aluria again and it finds the same stuff, but my scanner's don't find anything more. I'm really confused now, adding my fresh hjt log (in safe mode) but I don't think it will help much.

    Well thank God.

But why does that scanner still find something? Must be broken I guess. :D

It`s probably some piece of crap that gives a lot of false positives.

You`re better off sticking to the tried and trusted antispyware programmes. Get rid of it.

    Regards Howard :)
