Sony, Samsung stick to memory deal

You must admit that one of the neatest things about Sony is how they integrate their own technologies into a wide range of products (like in this case, memory sticks). They recently announced an extended pact with DRAM's biggest manufacturer Samsung:

Sony and Samsung Electronics have agreed to expand a licensing agreement surrounding the Memory Stick removable card format, a move that could help broaden its reach into different products.
