  2. WTF is a 2k TV model??????
    never seen one of those, I only know Full HD 1080p and then 4K, nothing in between
    am I missing something?

    1080p is 2k, just as 2160p is 4k.
     
  4. I really loved my Vaio laptop. Thought about getting a new one a few years ago. But they started to go crazy on their designs, small screens, flippy screens for "tablet" use with windows 8. For a while I saw addon batteries and graphics cards. Interesting ideas, but I wouldn't want any of them on my computers...

    2K covers also 1440p, is not just 1080p specific.

    I hope they sell their XPERIA division so maybe someone else can focus in releasing updates in time and a decent support.
