Sony Vaio CR510E blue screen with no OS

when trying to install in operating system i get a blue screen saying
stop: 0x000000f4 (0x00000003, 0x81963460, 0x819635cc, 0xbv72d50
any help would be greatly appreciated before this happened it would just shut down randomly and i have installed no new hardware or anything thanks alot! and it still shuts down during the blue screen thanks!

Have you run a hard drive diagnostics? If not, find the make of your hard drive and use their free hard drive diagnostic utility. This utility will engage almost immediately after boot-up. You may need to set your DVD drive as first bootable in the BIOS.
