SOption.exe - Unable to locate dll

I'm having trouble getting into my machine

Its Windows Sever 2000.

I this message comes up on the screen where it has you log on to the sever, but i can't get my mouse or my keyboard to work to do that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the error is

SOption.exe - Unable to locate DLL.

SOption.exe belongs to your Ricoh scanner/copier?

Can you boot into safe mode?

If you can. Try uninstalling, and reinstalling the software/drivers for your Ricoh equipment.
