In no particular order (and not sure I got everything) remove the following:
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [cryx.exe] C:\WINDOWS\system32\cryx.exe
    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\scpij.dll/sp.html#37049
    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\scpij.dll/sp.html#37049
    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Search_URL = res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\scpij.dll/sp.html#37049
    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\scpij.dll/sp.html#37049
    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\scpij.dll/sp.html#37049
    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\scpij.dll/sp.html#37049
    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\scpij.dll/sp.html#37049
    O16 - DPF: {DF780F87-FF2B-4DF8-92D0-73DB16A1543A} (PopCapLoader Object) - http://www.popcap.com/games/popcaploader_v6.cab
    O12 - Plugin for .UVR: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Plugins\NPUPano.dll

You can check the rest by copying either the description or the file name into a google search and see what comes up... Unles you're the first to get infected, chances are you'll find what is spyware/adware/bad things, and which are not...
