I even get an option on boot up to choose f11 and select which to boot with , the HDD or Cd drive
In that case, I suspect bad download (make sure, downloaded file is 120,9 MB in size), or bad burn.
Try the CD in another computer, or/and re-do download and burn.

ok, i replaced the cd drive and when I open OTLPE it says RunScanner error "Target is not windows 2000 or later" but i have windows xp home sp3

You replaced a whole drive?
What do you mean by "when I open OTLPE"?
Tell me exactly how do you proceed.

i double click OTLPE, it ask browse for folder, under ramdisk documents and settings it has All Users folders, i highlight and click OK then i get the above error

i double click OTLPE
You do it right after downloading the file, when you try to create the CD?
You have to explain your procedure step by step, because I'm having hard time to figure at what point you're getting stopped.

Let's see, if we can look at your computer booting from an external source.

Please download OTLPE (filesize 120,9 MB)

* When downloaded double click on OTLPENet.exe and make sure there is a blank CD in your CD drive. This will automatically create a bootable CD.
* Reboot your system using the boot CD you just created.
o Note : If you do not know how to set your computer to boot from CD follow the steps here
* Your system should now display a REATOGO-X-PE desktop.
* Depending on your type of internet connection, you should be able to get online as well so you can access this topic more easily.
* Double-click on the OTLPE icon.
* Ensure the box "Automatically Load All Remaining Users" is checked and press OK
* OTL should now start.
* Press Run Scan to start the scan.
* When finished, the file will be saved in drive C:\OTL.txt
* Copy this file to your USB drive if you do not have internet connection on this system
* Please post the contents of the OTL.txt file in your reply.

I'm right here having issues

Again...
It looks like bad download, or bad burn.
Make sure, downloaded file is 120,9 MB in size.
Re-download and burn new CD.

I said very same thing several posts ago.

When you at REATOGO-X-PE desktop can you actually access C drive, see folders there, like Windows folder?

It looks like you may have hard drive issue...

You will need to download Hiren's Boot CD 10.4 from the following link:

http://www.hirensbootcd.net/download.html

Burn the image to a CD (use ImgBurn: http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download)

Hiren's CD is bootable and has tools able to run CHKDSK for that type of problem.

Boot to the Hiren's CD. Select Dos Boot CD. At the menu select #9, Next, at the next window #4, NTFS Ext 2FS, Ext 3FS (FileSystems) Tools, then #5, NTFS Dos Pro. 5.0.

Follow the prompts to run CHKDSK and mount NTFSPRO.

Restart the computer once CHKDSK finishes.

Boot to the Reatogo environment (OTLPE CD) and let me know if the C: drive is now visible.

I got all the way to CHKDSK and mount..., but I got a message saying no HDD found. I ran the tools in the program and all FAILED, it's like my HDD isn't there. tried connections and all to no avail. What now?

Now when i turn on the PC i don't get anything, no BIOS system check, won't boot from CD. I installed new HDD and still nothing, any ideas now?

Well, if you installed new hard drive, you'll need to install Windows on it to get anywhere.
However this is not a malware issue anymore, so if you have more questions about new Windows installation, you need to start new topic at Windows forum.
It looks like your old drive was failing, thus your previous problems.

I'll mark this topic as "Inactive".
