    Thanks,

Your laptop doesn't have a sound card. It has what is called an on-board sound chip built into the motherboard. This problem only happens sometimes, or all the time?

This problem happens when I turn my laptop everything 5th or 6th time.

This may be caused by what they call a "cold" solder joint on the sound chip. If so, you will have to take the laptop in for service. This trouble will only get worse
