I just got this new microphone and it works great... in your mouth, or if you scream into it. I can live with it but I would really like it if I didn't have to hold it so close to my mouth just to be able to hear it.
I use all my audio with whats onboard my mother board - M7VIG 400 - and I'd just like to know if I should get a sound card, if it will improve the microphones pick up.
I've already turned up all my settings to max in, -Control panel, Sounds and devices and in the little volume options. Is there anything else I can do to increase its pick up. Btw the microphone is a Logitech desktop microphone, I know its not the greatest.
