I was wondering if any of you blokes have the Yamaha TSS-1 speaker setup?

I have the Creative DTT2200, and am having a few issues with them. I have spoken with the tech team there, and they have told my to replace the speakers. See I bought them 3nd hand, so I have no reseller.

I also have the SB-live 5.1 DE sound card. The reaon I am looking to upgrade it to have the external decoding box. This will give me true SP/DIF output, and therefor a blistering HI-FI experience. My question is can there cards be linked to each other, for games and DVD movies?

You'll probably need the Live! drive or that digital i/o add-on to get optical/coaxial output to that system.

Wouldnt the digital out do on the SBlive though? like the orange plug?

    Thank for the help.

I think I might just get some new Hercules ones. The XPS-510's are in my sights. Any one got them? if so, how are they for DVD watching?

Do you use the SP-DIF out option?
