Sound Equalizer

I'm looking for a sound equalizer for use with Windows Vista. I need something just to adjust the levels of bass and treble coming from my speakers. Most sound card drivers come with this, but the Vista drivers for my integrated sound card do not. I've noticed that there is very little treble coming from my speakers or headphones, and I want a program I can use to increase it. Is there any such thing?
