well im new here, i need some help with Sound Max. It was deleted from the add/ramove section of my computer. Now ive read some threads but havent been able to solve this. Ive done everything according to the directions and still no luck. When i try to install Sound Max from their website this is the message i get.

Now i read a thread that said to dl PC Wizzard to find out what type of Mobo i have. I ran the program and im not sure where to get that name/type of mobo. this is what i got when i clicked on "MainBoard"

If anyone could give me the name or the website to go to and what to download, it would be of great help. Thanks in advance.

Did you get an install disk from Dell when you purchased the computer?? If not, try going to the Dell website and place your mouse over the big blue question mark (support). When you do this, you'll see a menu pop up for download drivers. Click on that, enter your model number and download the sound drivers for your model number. This should solve your problem.
