Sound relooping?

Hi,

Iam new to this forum so hello first of. and now the problem, i just recently installed nitrous voiceflux on my pc. the problem is i keep hearing everything back in my own speakers. iv been tryin to solve this but when i lower the mic volume, it voiceflux cannt hear me, and when i turn it up i have my dreadfull voice talking back to me.
i am using an advent 7066 m laptop with an ac97 sound card.
any advice?

Looks like your getting an echo ,

That can be because the software is written poor ,
