Sound Troubles

Hi,

I have recently installed windows on a New Hard Drive and i don't have the driver discs from my motherboard- I managed to download the drivers for my board which is an ABIT AV8 Uguru (Or 3rd Eye) But I am getting errors that my Direct Sound Drivers are wrong.. Is this a hardware issue or is there somewhere I could update the drivers to sort this problem out?

Hello Dreyfus24,

I think you will need to find a correct sound card driver for your computer.

Right click on My Computer ---> Manage ----> Device Manager ---> what did it say under Sound, video and game controller?
