  1. `Hello I am PapaJohn57 and no I don't sell pizzas! I have an E-machine T6414 with Realtek Ac97 Audio for a I guess a sound card. My problem is that all my audio runs slow, or I would use an old idea of a 45 rpm record running at maybe 40 rpms. It does it on internet high speed, also on skype also while playing a music cd and even a music file. It is on my speakers and on my headset. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this problem. I went to my profile and filled it out. I run on xp home edition

    Hi PapaJohn57, (2 for 1 please !)

Anyway, please download the latest audio drivers from your computer manufacturers website
On that note: Supplying computer hardware information and Windows version does help.

Then uninstall your present drivers from add/remove programs
You may need to restart to fully uninstall

Upon restart cancel any driver or hardware install - if possible
Then run your new sound drivers that you downloaded

    Once complete -Restart
    Test sound again

Most important, before you do anything:
    No anchovies please :)
