SoundCard Wireless FM Transmission

Hi guys hope someone can help me

I'm looking to make my computer wirelessley transmit all sound from my sound card to my FM stereo. I want to do this Internally not using any of the USB cards on the market, preferably using a PCI slot or other motherboard space?, or internal hidden LineIn connected to my sound card.
Firstly I found this:

This seems like it does the job, however does it too well, I dont want to transmit for 5 miles! Plus its costs to much I'd only want to pay upto £50 anyway. Secondly I found this:

This would be perfect, however it wont automatically fit my PC, so i'm wondering.

Does any1 know how I can convert the 9v battery supply to run off the Motherboard/PC power supply

And lastly any ideas on were to secure it within my PC and what with i.e. soldered/pci slot/other slots

And any other ideas for wireless sound transmission

I found a few very expensive transmitters but this one was pretty inexpensive

Yeah thanks i've seen them their cool, however I was looking for an Internal Option within my box
