Soundfont Problem!!!

Ok, guys. This may sound weird, but I have a problem with the Creative Soundfont Synth device on my SoundBlaster Live! 24-bit soundcard. When I play certain MIDI files, the drum kits are missing. Yet, when I play those same MIDIs using the Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth, the drum kits reappear. I don't have any other sound cards enabled, and the onboard one is disabled in the BIOS. I used to have another 450mHZ system to test this card in, and before that system conked out, the card still wouldn't produce drum kits in certain MIDI files. My question is, is there a way to fix this, or will I have to switch between MIDI devices. And yes, people DO still listen to MIDI music. It's my favorite kind, really.

Try installing/updating any drivers or patches for your card and software.

The drivers are updated, but I still have that Soundfont problem. Are there any Soundfont packages that I can download that will fix this problem?

I think there are settings somewhere on some sound cards for Midi sounds.
