SP1 update trouble

i downloaded SP1 earlier and when i tried to install, the installer whined because i have language packs installed besides those of english, french, german, spanish, or japanese. i don't know how i got any other language packs installed on my computer, but i don't use any of them (besides english).

so, my question is, how do i remove language packs that are already installed? thx in advance

"Regional and language settings" (in Xp Control Panel)

In Vista
Open Regional and Language Options by clicking the Start button

, clicking Control Panel, clicking Clock, Language, and Region, and then clicking Regional and Language Options.
