SP2 Installing error, system32\ftp.exe is open...

Hello!

I recently formatted my old PC because the internet was not working on it. After the Windows re-install I got the Internet working and it seemed ok but I didn't have SP2 installed.

I had this system tray icon saying my computer was infected and I searched for a solve to it and found this forum and got it cleaned.
However, now that I'm trying to install SP2 it takes a couple of minutes and then there's a pop-up stating

c:\windows\system32\ftp.exe is open or in use by another application

So, now I'm calling for help.

I will include a hijackthis and combofix logs.
