    That Particular Adapter.....

Is used (most often, I think) for connecting small "Walkman" type devices (CD players, what not), to a home stereo receiver. For the record, the question should possibly have been "Where can't I buy it". This particular patch can normally be found everywhere from K-mart to Best Buy. So, don't catch a shipping charge if you don't have to.

Adden-dumb; At the price displayed in your link , it actually would be cheaper to have one shipped. But, if you need it tonight, Walmart!

We Wish You a Merry Christmas..... We Wish you a Mer....,,

That part is normally available at retail electronics and in dept. store electronics departments, you likely got jacked up in a Christmas/ after Christmas out of stock situation.
Nothing wrong ordering from Newegg, we're all addicted to it.
