speed problem & need a good sharing site

hi,
I have a cabble 512 kb network connection.
and i use shareza for downloading at first it was good about 30 - 90kb download speed but now it falls down to at max 15kb but when i tried downloading on http download reaches 150 kb at some even not fast sites i were asking about this problem and also that where I could find some sites like dzportal.com or evilived.com that I could download on rapidshare or other fast http uploaders.
and I should say if there be a problem on server i have access to server for installing app and ....
If there's another question plz ask.

I use note book acer 4001lci for downloading.

ps: that cable speed is slow

these are uploader site I want some sites for downloadpost for downloading.
not that slow it is now.
