    Hi,

    Neither of these programs work for my PC anymore. I've tried reinstalling/updating drivers for everything and nada.. it keeps locking up the whole PC.. like NOTHING works, wont even eject the DVD-ROM . only thing it will do is reset/restart..

    heres what I see when it locks up:
