Spermless mosquitoes hold promise to stop malaria

Scientists have created spermless mosquitoes in an effort to curb the spread of malaria.

Female mosquitoes mate only once and store the males' sperm, using it to fertilise their entire life's worth of eggs.

And I never knew the only mate once in their life.
