Splitting programs to seperate outputs

  1. I'm quite simply trying to split Ventrilo to my headset, and Itunes to my speakers.
    Do I need two sound cards, or... ?
    I have no idea if this is possible, or how to do it. I'm running Windows Xp; if specific models are needed, just ask.
    Any help is appreciated

    Yes, you need two soundcards. Usually multimedia programs let you specify what device to use for output.
