Spyware Infection: Red Desktop "Your Privacy is in Danger". HJT log file included.

Spyware has infected my computer and took over my desktop. My desktop is red and it says"Your Privacy is in Danger". Whenever I open a browser window it sends me to a sight and tries to sell me an anti-spyware program. Please help me remove the program.
