Spyware issues, can't use task manager

Hi guys,

I've read some of the previous posts on this subject and was looking for a little help for my situation. I've run HJT as suggested in some other posts and have attached the log file.

Can anyone shed some light on what I need to 'fix'? The program that keeps popping up all the time claims to be "anti-spyware XP 2008".

Thanks very much.

P.S. Running Win2k

To enable Task Manager:

Click Start, Run and type this command exactly as given below: (or copy-paste it)

REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableTaskMgr /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

Thanks very much bluedame,

I probably should also have added that it is telling me some functions have been disabled by the system administrator and that I cannot view any of my drives (except A: - floppy).

you can try booting to safe mode, if you can still access your files there, back them up then reinstall Windows. Some Windows feature will not function in normal mode. That is what Rogue.Antivirus do. It already infected the registry.
