spyware/virus problems (hijackthis log attached)

  1. Please help. Computer is running like crap. I've scanned and removed with ewido, ad-aware, and norton. Thanks for the help.

    Try This

    This happened to me once. I dealt with it by running System restore (found under system tools on the start menu. It is located inside of Accessories. This took the system back to before the spyware installed itself and got rid of all the processes and exe's. You will then need to get rid of the data folders. System Restore does not delete data files and folders. Look in the temp directory, and on the C drive for the unwanted intruders.
