staring at my backround picture

When ever I start up my laptop, right after opening up my account it sits on my backround image and nothing will load except for the mouse. Anyone know how to fix this, it just started happing .

Windows XP pro
Intel T2400 1.83 Ghz
1gb ram
NVIDIA Geforce GO 7400

Looks like the explorer process isn't starting up. Something is very wrong

Try pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del, New Task, "explorer"

I have tryed that. Actually it is already there. But even when I end it then restart it only my icons load but nothing else

What happens if you start in safe mode, do you still have the same problem?

Here is my HJT

I think i may have fixed the problem. It finally let me in and I uninstalled pctool antivirus and rebooted and it loading up close to normal speed
