Steel Series Siberia 800

I have these Steel Series headphones. They come with a mix amp which they wirelessly connect to and the mix amp is connected to my computer. They suddenly stopped appearing on my recording and playback devices, and obviously no sound comes out. I already checked to see if they were disabled but they aren't any where to be found. I already checked the cables that worked when I would plug my headphones into my phone. Any suggestions?
