hi, i been encountering problems with my computer. symptoms include not being able to go to my desktop because the computer would restart every time it tries to load. safe mode does not work because it would restart back to the beginning. Debugger mode does not work, nothing works, not even repair mode. when i choose repair, it would give me a blue screen with the following code:

what does this mean? please help me because i can't use my computer. thanks

Obviously you can't do very much, so your options are limited. Instead of doing a repair, have you tried reinstalling Windows with your OS disc? It might be your best bet to reformat your hdd. If you have important information you don't want to lose you can connect it as a slave drive into another computer and copy your files. If you don't have access to another computer, you can buy a hdd dock, or try to borrow someone else's.
