STOP 0x0000007E

What does this mean? When I turn on my computer i get a blue screen and windows won't open up. i can only start up in Safe Mode. It says "A problem has been detected and window has been shut down to prevent damage. if this is the first time you see this stop error screen restart....etc
Check hardware vendor for any BIOS update disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
Technical info: STOP 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0xF7ECD, 0xFC9400BO) and other numbers. Has this ever happened to anyone before? I need help, thank you in advance.
