  1. hello.
    i run driver verifier and after that i had bsod while i starting from sleep mode.
    error was...

    sto:0x000000c9 , usbstor.sys
    please any help?

    This is a driver for storage card readers. Do you have any card readers installed? Are there any yellow exclamation points in the device manager?

    hi!
    yes i have internal card reader ,but not any yellow problems...

    Okay, now you may have to re-install your motherboards chipset driver or try running Windows Update first and keep checking for updates even if it says "no updates found" at least 2 times
