Hello,

This pc will not boot. It gets to: "stop c:c000007b {bad image}" "The application or DLL \??\c:\windows\system32\winsrv.dll is not a valid windows image. Pleaser check this against your installation disk."
The system then reboots. No safe mode either. Any ideas out there?

Bad or corrupted hard drive, or sometimes bad memory or bad video graphics card or driver. Run Windows in R or Repair mode, or reinstall.
Download a drive fitness test from the web site of the drive manufacturer. If it is good, you have an 80 percent chance a reformat will fix the problem.
