It ran a bunch of utilities for my PC testing the RAM, CPU and Hard drives. and after that the computer boots up, sees the CPU Ram and it freezes. I've had seemingly a troublesome mobo and this is pointing more to it. I've shut it down, unplugged it took the CMOS batter out to set it and it still locks up. Is this a result of a bad mobo? I would think so. Anyone have any thoughts?

Got the system started and got a BSOD. Here's the dump file.

Well there is a memory corruption and a pointer to a Nvidia driver. Since your computer stops right after the memory check, I would start there first. Try running with just 1 stick of memory if you have 2 or more sticks, or swap the stick positions

Sounds good. I'm going to update the bios as well Also how did you come to that conclusion based on those dump files?

    Yes Mabans,
I can read minidumps... It's a lot like educated guessing. I have to pay attention to your description of the problem, then I make a determination based on that, and the pointers included in the minidumps
