  1. I have this html file in my temp/local settings/temporary internet file/content.ie5 which is as follows:

    type%3dclick%26flightid%3d17749%26adid%3d27140%26targetid%3d6406%26segments%3d%26targets%3d%26values%3d25,31,43,51,60,72,83,92,93,100,110,150,152,197,214,531,547,596,[1]

Windows will not allow me to delete it nor will it give properties of the file. Windows states that it cannot find the specified file. I get this message if I try to delete the entire temp folder and all sub folders. If I directly attemp to delete the above file then nothing at all happens. Any sugestions?

    windows 2000 service pack3

Reboot your computer, and try to delete it first thing when it restarts. It might not get loaded yet, and can be deleted, otherwise try to delete it in safe mode.

    dclick

Dclick=[double click] and it's spy ware and SpyBot will get rid of it. If you have that you probabaly have some others also. You can go here and download it it's free..

Also Poertner is right you should be able to remove it in SafeMode..
