Strange message at startup

Every time Windows XP is logged into the error titled "HPCA Event Detection" with the details

"The 'Rear Chasis Fan Speed' event has been detected at xx/xx/xxx yy:yy:yy AM

The event is associated with the "Reports rear chassis fan speed"​

happens.

What is your system specs? Do you have any chasis fan attached to any of the onboard fan connectors ?
